What we collect
When you submit our callback form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, anything you type in the description field, and any photo you choose to attach. If you call or text us, we keep the phone number and the notes our dispatcher takes.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, dispatch an electrician, quote and perform work, pull permits, and follow up about that job. Emergency requests are routed to our on-call technician, which may include an SMS notification containing your name, address, and described symptom.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with lead brokers or marketing networks. We share it only with the service providers that run our email, dispatch, and scheduling tools, and with the City of Indianapolis when a permit application requires it.
Analytics and cookies
Our site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count page views, scroll depth, and which buttons visitors press. Call tracking may record the number you dialed from for attribution. None of this is used to build advertising profiles.
Retention and your choices
Job records are retained as long as required for warranty and permit documentation. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing dispatch@indycircuitelectric.com or calling (317) 555-0142. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
