Requests are not contracts
Submitting the callback form, calling, or texting starts a conversation. Work begins only after you approve a written flat-rate quote describing the scope, price, and permit responsibility.
Quotes and changes
Quoted prices include labor, materials, permits, inspection coordination, and cleanup for the described scope. If concealed conditions change the scope, we stop and present a revised written quote for your approval before continuing.
Licensing, permits, and inspections
All work is performed under our designated Indiana Master Electrician and our City of Indianapolis electrical contractor license. We pull required permits and schedule inspections with the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services. Municipalities outside the Consolidated City, including Lawrence, Beech Grove, Speedway, and Southport, license separately; we will tell you before scheduling if your address falls outside our coverage.
Workmanship warranty
Our labor is warranted for one year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. The warranty does not cover damage from storms, rodents, third-party alterations, or pre-existing wiring outside the quoted scope.
